If you have never watched TED lectures, start; they are pretty entertaining and you will learn a lot.  A co-worker sent me this video today, and after watching it I realized that even I need to work on my diet a little.  I have been hooked on collard greens lately and don't eat many colored vegetables.  I would like to note that she is not specifically against carbohydrate consumption from tubers (which I feel is needed), however she also does not actively promote it.  How about you, are you eating everything that you need?
